Executive Chef Harry Hatziparaskevas has been cooking around the world for over 40 years, spending the last 20 years in Manhattan. His first restaurant, Ithaka, has consistently been rated one of the best Greek restaurants in New York City. Relocating to Albany, he plans to duplicate his success with the opening of Athos.

Stratton Sokaris is a young and rising star in the Upstate New York restaurant scene. After growing up in Albany and graduating from Canisius College, he studied the culinary arts at Schenectady. His career advanced when he worked under Certified Master Chef Dale Miller at Jack's Oyster House in downtown Albany. Since then, he has worked at Longfellows in Saratoga and most recently at Arlington House in West Sand Lake.

George Danes grew up in the restaurant business with his father in downtown Albany. With a well-developed, deep understanding of fine dining, he and his wife Sophia bring a sense of style, aesthetics, and culture to Athos that every guest will experience and enjoy. George's motto is "Come in as strangers, leave as friends."
